Our Team

Kirsten Gambone, M.S., LAPC

Psychotherapist | Center Point Therapy & Wellness

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself. As a psychotherapist, I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care.

I hold a Master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Supervised by Antoinette Ryan (Pennsylvania / PC013773).

My approach to therapy is collaborative, individualized, and rooted in the belief that every person's story deserves to be understood within the context of their unique experiences. Drawing on Psychodynamic Theory and integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I work alongside clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. In essence, I meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique goals and needs.

I am committed to providing culturally informed, inclusive, and neurodivergent-affirming care that honors each individual's strengths, values, and lived experiences. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

I believe healing happens through connection. Therapy is not about "fixing" who you are. It's about developing insight, building resilience, and creating a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and create meaningful change.

Wherever you are in your journey, you do not have to navigate it alone.

Kyle Shea, M.S., LAPC

Psychotherapist | Center Point Therapy & Wellness

I believe that wellness and personal growth are about more than reducing symptoms; they are about creating a life worth living. My approach to therapy is grounded in the understanding that meaningful change occurs when individuals are empowered to reconnect with their values, develop psychological flexibility, and author new narratives about themselves and their lives.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and currently serve as a Clinical Supervisor supporting individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked with adolescents transitioning into adulthood, individuals recovering from psychosis, and adults seeking recovery from substance use disorders and other complex behavioral health concerns. Supervised by Andrew Pascal (Pennsylvania / PC015546).

My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I draw primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop practical coping skills while exploring deeper questions of identity, purpose, and meaning. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, challenged, and supported as they work toward lasting change.

Whether you are navigating recovery, life transitions, relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, or questions about who you want to become, my goal is to help you build a richer, more meaningful life aligned with what matters most to you.

I view therapy as a partnership, one that honors your resilience, recognizes your unique story, and supports your ability to move forward with greater clarity, authenticity, and hope.

Antoinette Ryan, M.A., LPC

With over 35 years of clinical experience, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to creating a supportive and empowering space for healing and growth. I'm here to help you understand what's holding you back and develop practical tools for moving forward.
